This snooker scene includes the two players, table, chair and wall mounted cue rack and scoreboard.

I have imported the men from America - (they are not generally available in the UK), and 'Dee-Dawed' them! - This one with the black suit is particularly good as his jacket comes off and it looks great on the back of the chair(fixed).
He features a cravat with jet pin and matching cumberbund in gold silk brocade. He has gold buttons on his his white satin waistcoat.

His oponent has a grey suit with a bow tie and jet shirt studs and cumberbund in silk. He has jet buttons on his his Black waistcoat and has a watch chain on the centre button.

Both players are holding decorated cues in mahogany, ebony, ivory and gold bands. They both are wearing black shoes, which help them to stand without the need for a base.

The snooker table beize is green flock with WHITE lines (- cheap tables have black lines printed onto green).  The game is under way with all the colours  and the black still in play with some reds.

The matching mahogany chair holds  the black suited players coat and a tray with two glasses.

New with this set is a wall mounted score board with cue rack (with cues in place) and shelves to hold the balls when the table is not in use.

This is a pair of my new 'modern dress' dolls, they are out (or about to go out) for a walk with their dog, they are wrapped up warm for the cold weather and have a stick with them for the dog to chase!

I love the character and expressions on their faces, they are so much nicer than most of the pocelain dolls you see on general sale. They have all the advantages of a posable soft framed body but with the translucent life like quality of resin skin. The eyes and other details are beautifully painted, the hands are beautifully molded and crisp.

Grandma has a solid face, hands and legs from the knee. Her body and arms are soft with a wire frame. She has real artificial hair (its not molded plastic!).

She is wearing a wrap around dog-tooth check skirt with fringed front, grey cardigan with pearl button fastening and black chenille scarf with white knitted bobble hat. She is wearing stout black shoes and black gloves. She holds the lead of a spaniel!

Grandad also has a solid face, hands and legs from the knee. His body and arms are soft with a wire frame. His hair (what little there is of it!) is painted. he is wearing canvas trousers, jumper and shirt with brown shoes and gloves. He has a bobble hat and scarf, in his hand he carries a stick for the dog to chase.

This stunning set consists of three pieces, the barbers shop dresser, old man in barbers chair and the barber himself! - and includes all the accessories shown.

 The furniture is from Jai Yi and is of the same superb quality as Bespaq. The dresser has a large central mirror with a shelf and two cupboards below. The shelf supports a white bowl under two brass taps, which is full of water. There are a large number of accessories on the cupboard tops, comb, scissors, shaving mug and brush, plus various bottles, pots and items of glassware.

 The gentleman sitting in the chair has a white cloth covering his clothing, and his chin is covered in foam, the barber has taken the first stroke with his cut-throat razor.

 The barber stands beside the chair with razor in one hand and a towel folded over his other arm.

The eyes and other details are beautifully painted.

She is wearing a purple/black marl dress. Her jacket which has black piped trim. She has a jewel pin at her throat, ear-rings and jet beads in her hair.

Grandad also has a vinyl face, hands and legs from the knee. His body and arms are soft with a wire frame. His hair (what little there is of it!) is painted.

He is wearing a grey suit with matching waistcoat and a beautiful silk cravat with jet pin and matching cumberbund. There is a watch chain through his waistcoat button.

He is more flexible than the grandma, and can sit in a chair, which is difficult for the grandma due to the stiffness of her dress. Both dolls will stand by themselves with a little patience!
